Alison Doody

Alison Doody, born in Dublin 1966 to a wealthy family. The youngest of the children of three. At a convent, she developed an interest in the arts. In the following years after that, she was able to return to the National College of Fine Arts in Dublin. But because she was lacking drive, she decided to take an absence and planned to give the school ten months. As she sat at a caf with her friends, she was approached by a still photographer, who was asking her if she'd want to do a modeling. The model agreed because she could use the money for pocket cash. Soon, she was working professionally as model. It was possible for her to travel around the globe for her commercial modeling after signing agreements. In one of these days, a casting director was impressed by her work and recommended she try acting instead. At the age of 19, A casting director took her to London in which she won an audition to star in A View to a Kill which is the most recent James Bond film. Her passion for acting made her want to pursue acting as a profession. After her first film that she directed, she did a handful of TV productions both in London and Dublin But her most memorable break came when she was cast as Aryan sexual seductress, the Dr. Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989).
