Hershberger performed in commercials as well volunteers at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival while she was in college. Hershberger left Pennsylvania in 2005, and embarked on an career in entertainment. Hershberger was first introduced to the web during this time, appearing in a number of YouTube channels including IGN, Fandom Smosh Rhett and Link TheFineBros Nerdist as well as other channels. She made her first big breakthrough in the world of internet when, as of march 2012, She was hired as a host by DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. to host of SourceFed. Hershberger together with other co-hosts of SourceFed received the Series of the Year Award (Audience Choice Award) at the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards. The next year, they were awarded Best news and Culture Series during the 4th Annual Streamy Awards.
